  • Provide client, market, and supply chain insights to inform strategy.
  • Manage certain prospective supply chain and partner organisations directly.
  • Lead and support bids for specific clients and partners, contributing to proposals and governance processes.
  • Maintain and manage opportunities within the corporate CRM system.
  • Provide updates to the Executive Leadership Team and wider leadership as required.

Over time, you will:

  • Expand your remit to additional clients and functions, taking a lead role within the Sales Community.
  • Develop and promote the consultancy’s reputation with clients and partners, securing high client satisfaction scores and additional revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain a network of key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Run client workshops, seminars, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and support marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor colleagues in client relationship management and business development skills.

Objectives

  • Generate sustainable revenue streams across new and existing clients and partners.
  • Secure strategic partner status by enhancing the consultancy’s reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Improve bid success rates through intelligence, positioning, and partnerships.
  • Deliver market, client, and supply chain insights and contribute to internal decision-making.
  • Maintain account plans and CRM pipeline.

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • Strong project management, organisational, and delegation skills.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft CoPilot, and other relevant software.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.
  •

Why This Role?
